One mod, five placeable buildings: Small Distillery, Small Carpenter, and
small, medium and large Agave Glass Greenhouses. Includes labeled whiskey,
tequila and bourbon bottle pallets, harvested-agave crates and empty pallets.

INSTALLATION
Copy FS25_SmallDistillery.zip into your Farming Simulator 25 mods folder
(normally Documents\My Games\FarmingSimulator2025\mods). Leave the ZIP intact
and enable Small Distillery Pack when loading the save.

Use this combined pack instead of the standalone FS25_AgaveGreenhouses and
FS25_SmallCarpenter mods. Do not enable both versions together. On an existing
save, sell/remove standalone buildings and pallets before replacing their mods.
The pack does not automatically convert objects placed by a standalone mod.

Find the distillery and carpenter under Construction > Production > Factories;
the three greenhouses are under Production > Greenhouses. Empty-pallet stacks
can also be bought from the vehicle shop's Pallets category.
Each full stack costs 250 and contains 1,000 packaging units.

DELIVERIES AND COLLECTION
Directions below are viewed from the distillery's open front:
- Wheat and corn: tip at the bulk grate on the LEFT side.
- Water: deliver with a water tanker at the marked side water connection.
- Agave, sugar and empty pallets: place unstrapped cargo in the two FRONT-LEFT
supply bays. These are shared input bays, despite their individual labels.
- Finished bottles: collect from the three FRONT-RIGHT output bays. All three
are shared spawn areas; a free bay can receive any spirit. Keep them clear.

Activate the desired recipes in the production menu. Set finished output to
Storing to receive physical pallets; Selling uses the game's automatic sale
mode. Each full spirit pallet contains 1,000 game liters and shows 288 bottles.
The bottle count is visual, not a literal measurement of the stored volume.

DISTILLERY RECIPES
Each production cycle makes 20 L:
  Whiskey: 40 L wheat + 50 L water + 2 empty-pallet units.
  Bourbon: 32 L corn + 8 L wheat + 50 L water + 2 empty-pallet units.
  Tequila: 40 L agave + 5 L sugar + 40 L water + 2 empty-pallet units.

With supplies available, each line runs independently:
Whiskey: 41.6667 L/hour; one full pallet every 24 in-game hours.
Bourbon: 41.6667 L/hour; one full pallet every 24 in-game hours.
Tequila: 41.6667 L/hour; one full pallet every 24 in-game hours.

Typical Normal-economy sale targets are around 5,000 per whiskey/bourbon pallet
and 7,000 per tequila pallet. Prices vary by buyer, season and difficulty.
Easy difficulty pays more and Hard pays less through the normal game economy.
At those Normal targets, all three lines together produce roughly 17,000 in
gross sales per 24 in-game hours, before supplies, operating costs and upkeep.

A 1,000-unit empty-pallet stack supplies ten full spirit pallets. Its fill
units represent a packaging allowance, not a count of physical wooden pallets.

SUPPLY BUILDINGS
Greenhouses retain their base-game crops and add agave. Running agave alone,
small/medium/large produce 42/84/168 L per hour, using 2 L water per L agave.
One medium greenhouse can supply one tequila line. Harvested agave appears in
the normal output area beside each greenhouse; each full crate holds 1,000 L.

Small Carpenter accepts logs and makes empty pallets. It also makes the
base-game furniture pallets from wood, boards or planks. Bring boards/planks
to its pallet input and logs to its wood trigger; collect output from its
marked pallet area. Production rates are shared when multiple recipes run.

STORAGE AND SALES
Distillery input storage: wheat 30,000 L; corn 30,000 L; water 40,000 L;
agave 12,000 L; sugar 5,000 L; empty pallets 5,000 units.
Finished storage: 10,000 L for each spirit.

Whiskey, bourbon, tequila and agave join the game's food-product selling
category. Empty pallets join the general-product selling category. Check the
Prices screen for accepting buyers on your map. Custom maps can use different
selling categories. Difficulty and market conditions affect actual prices.

Distillery purchase price: 85,000; daily upkeep: 25. Active hourly costs:
whiskey 5, bourbon 6, tequila 7. These are public-beta balance settings.

VERIFICATION STATUS
After the game test below, spirit base prices were recalibrated for Normal
difficulty targets of approximately 5,000 whiskey/bourbon and 7,000 tequila.
Only spirit price fields and hidden store values changed; production rates,
recipes, triggers, models and pallet behavior are identical to the tested build.
Normal-difficulty calibration was not rerun in-game. The sale receipts below
are from the preceding Easy-economy check and do not quote final Easy payouts.

Tested in an isolated FS25 single-player profile on October 15, 2026.
All five production buildings loaded, consumed supplies and produced output.
The distillery ran for approximately 36.00 simulated hours.
All three lines passed the one-1,000-L-pallet-per-24-in-game-hours check:
  Whiskey: 998.67 L per 24 in-game hours.
  Bourbon: 998.67 L per 24 in-game hours.
  Tequila: 998.67 L per 24 in-game hours.

All eight full-pallet settling checks passed; 7 used naturally produced
pallets. Remaining checks used separately identified direct-spawner probes.
Physical sales of whiskey, tequila, bourbon, agave, empty pallets and furniture
all drained the full pallets and credited money at actual map buyers.
  Whiskey: 5103.18 for 1,000 L at Restaurant.
  Tequila: 7087.99 for 1,000 L at Restaurant.
  Bourbon: 5035.67 for 1,000 L at Restaurant.
These are observed Easy-economy prices, not guaranteed prices on every map.
A real shop purchase charged 250 for a full 1,000-unit empty-pallet stack.
The stack physically entered the distillery trigger and all 1,000 units
were added to its input storage.

Structural validation passed 1,037 checks. All 53 custom/companion pallet
tension meshes have the required CPU flag. No engine errors or CPU-mesh
warnings remained in the final run. The cosmetic rebuild was rendered and
reviewed, exported natively, and loaded in the game.

The automated checks do not cover physical grain/water or agave/sugar input
deliveries, forklift handling, applying straps, ordinary construction-menu
placement or multiplayer. Earlier hands-on feedback was positive; longer
playtesting will guide further public-beta balance updates.
